Plus Size 411, a new online listing center for plus size resources, opened its virtual doors officially at noon, 7 September 2009. Starting categories include Blogs, Books, Boutiques, Business, Communities, Directories, Events, eZines & magazines, Fashion & Style, Health & Wellness, Lifestyle (social groups, clubs, etc), Model Agencies, Plus Size Models, Size Acceptance. New categories can be suggested by any reader.
Listings are contributed by readers and visitors to Perfectly Shaped World, the online shopping portal which is hosting the resource directory. All listings are human-reviewed before being added to the directory by hand.
Although basic listings are free, upgrades are available.
