I have used PSWs Personal Shopper at least five times myself, and I love it. The other day I knew exactly what I wanted -- brand name, color, and size -- but could I find it in my size after too many convoluted Google searches? No! So I zipped off a request to Fern and then there it was! I do not know how she does it, but she is the best at finding just what I want, and then all I have to do is add it to my virtual shopping cart. And really, I end up saving money because I only buy the things that are just right.
